Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Topic "Importance Of Social Media/E commerce in today's time"
Every one shared there own views on the topic some were for and some were against.
Tips: The jury looks for candidates who put forward there views with confidence and abide by them and not just go with the flow of the topic.
Quoting Live and relevant examples always help.
Don't be in rush to start or end just make your points clear.

Duration: 1 hour

Round: Other Interview
Experience: A brief introduction about myself. Explaining about my academic details and the previous company experience (if any). Explained why the company should choose me and the same was done by showcasing my qualities/skills and relating them with the profile for which I was being interviewed. Highlighted my soft skills as well as technical skills.
Tips: Tips I would like to give for this round are; the interviewee should be confident in describing about himself/herself. Should have a detailed knowledge of the role being offered. And in case of an experienced person, should be able to explain the role in the previous company. If a fresher, focus should be on letting the interviewer know about your academic qualifications and skills.

Round: Other Interview
Experience: This last round of interview was taken by the CEO of the organization. Wherein the cultural fit with the organization was kept on focus. Apart from that my skills and basic understanding about the profile was checked. I was being asked questions related to the content in my resume. And certain case studies were given to check my analytical skills.
Tips: 1.Being calm and composed
2.Making yourself sound interesting to keep the interviewer wanting to know more.
3.Sharing common hobbies and interest.
4.Showing interest in company and profile offered.
