Your Will Be's:
This person would be managing the most important asset for us, Human Capital. We're looking for someone who can relate to the vision of the organization and adeptly align people's strategies around it. This person will be building, improving, and driving processes and systems and elevating the overall employee experience. - Overseeing the HR function and crafting strategies that fuel our business growth
- Work with the founders on HR Business plan and HR Budgeting
- Devise an effective recruitment strategy to be able to cater to the rapid growth
- Implement and drive a robust, fair, and transparent performance management system that assesses people on performance, highlights areas of opportunities, and rewards appropriately
- Develop dashboards for tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance, and establish goals/ KPIs to drive success.
- Work with the founders to formulate key engagement strategies and solutions and drive the design and implementation of policies and processes.
- Ensure fun at work and team bonding/ employee engagement activities are a consistent part of the culture to infuse much-required energy and enthusiasm regularly.
- Figure out ways to regularly assess the employee pulse and work around any actionable areas derived thereof.
- Imbibe a customer service mindset in the HR team to deliver an exceptional employee experience at all times, from onboarding to exit.
- Initiate and drive key HR projects on rewards, L&D, and employer branding
The Ideal Noisemaker:
- Full-time MBA in Human Resources from a premier institute
- 8 to 12 years of post-MBA experience with substantial exposure to a fast-paced start-up/ new-age organization
- A very strong focus on people development and culture building
- You need to be a people person with strong leadership abilities
- Should be comfortable working in a rapidly growing and ever-evolving organization.
- Should have led the creation & implementation of HR strategy (Employee engagement, performance, manpower, rewards & L&D)
- Demonstrated innovation around key HR programs (Engagement, Rewards, Performance) to meet business needs
- An excellent communicator you will need to ensure that the chaos of growth is managed well and people's productivity is effectively channelized to meet the company's goals.
