Head - Human Resources - Manufacturing + Corporate Setup - XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD (7-10 yrs)

Looking for someone with Manufacturing + Corporate Setup only.

Responsibilities:

- Shape HR Strategy: Align HR goals with the business game plan.

- Talent Hunt: Lead recruitment to bring in the best of the best.

- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive packages to attract and retain talent.

- Employee Relations: Be the go-to person for addressing demands, grievances, and more.

- Develop People: Boost engagement, motivation, and skill development.

- Training & Development: Identify needs and create programs to enhance skills.

- Performance Management: Oversee appraisals to drive high performance.

- HR Metrics: Report to management and provide decision-making support.

- Legal Compliance: Ensure we follow all HR laws and regulations.

- Onboarding & Payroll: Coordinate smooth processes for new hires and payroll.

- Exit Interviews & Conflict Management: Handle exits, grievances, and conflicts effectively.

What You Need:

- Education: Master's in HR - Preferred from top tier colleges like XLRI , TISS , Symbiosis.

- Experience: 7-10 years in HR.
