Offer given was 10 k less gross from what i was actual drawing as the interviewer didn't check the document which was already send to him 4 days before the interview. A very lay back attitude .
If I accept the offer travelling during lock down would be at your own cost company will not pay anything.
Asked regarding the Saturday off the interviewer said 2 Saturday only for this year only but if u don't work on Saturday your salary will be deducted really cant understand what kind of Saturday off was this ?
Policy were not clear no addition benefits (Insurance) for the employees even thought it a manufacturing firm.
The Interviewer should be ready if he is calling someone during this time & making candidate wait shows how prepared the company is ?

In group discussion, the manager or team will give you one topic and you have to speak about it, includes the time limitation which is given by the hr team itself.
What you should put in your mind:
Be confident what you are speaking, more than a good speaker be a good listener, don't shout be calm, don't be nervous, enjoy the moment.

Basically, aptitude test is all about IQ. So, the team or the manager will ask you questions based on current affairs, mathmatics or tricky family relation questions.
