Aptitude test has no point because it check your reasoning ability which has no relation to the job role. It seems silly that instead of checking the previous experience they’ll ask you aptitude questions.

Group discussion is still better because it feels like a fair practice of selecting people.
The interviewer gives a topic and you have to share your views on that.
