Every candidate who has applied for the position will get a interview call/mail coz they have the cheapest Naukri.com subscription which doesn't allow the soo called HR (worst HR any candidate would ever had seen) or finance person only working as HR (coz he has no finance work) to download and check the resume. Nothing will be documented at the organization. Only a formality offer letter will be given (which will have some statements mentioned that were never discussed with candidate but the candidate's agreement on the same will be mentioned). No appointment letter, no salary slips, no leaves, long working hours (even on Sundays', holidays), poor work culture, politics, no HR policies. Extremely pathetic. Would never suggest anyone to go for the interview.
Best part about the Gurgaon office is - there is no work other than arbitration, so claims have already been prepared and submitted. No such technical work is there.
