He would randonmly arrange meetings for later hours and night without prior notice and bash the team left right centre without any reason. Once in a meeting, he asked my teammate a question. He said, I want to see the report. R E P O R T. Do you know how to read and write? This was happening at 12:30 am with two of the female teammates still at office and nobody cared about how they will reach hoke so late. They have no vision, no work culture, the CEO will wake up one day ajd hire 50 people and the other day fire 80 people. Why? Just because he can. I was still fortunate enough to work with a good team of lesser people but I never slept peacefully knowing that they can fire me anyday. Tye gujju owner favors his zero skills gujju close knit team members and nobody gives any credit for your hardwork or anything at all. It is just an utter waste of time. Just don’t join!

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Worst company,don't waste your time by giving interview here. Firstly the HR will end up rescheduling the interview multiple times. My first round was taken by the HR head ,who was asking me functional questions related to sales which I was appalled by. The second Round was taken by the Director sales which was good and I ended up clearing. The final round will be taken by the CEO who is a noob,In the name of cultural fitment he will ask you nonsensical questions and end up rejecting you for no reason. If the CEO is like this you can very well make out the kind of culture the company fosters.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This is the worst experience i have ever gone for a firm. The interviewer was unclear and needs to be approached from candidate side to be reminded that his/her interview is scheduled. Like is this the way things happen . Absolutely NO. Terrible experience with interviewer. And one more thing hiring 40 people never means like a act of over kindness. It's just you need to meet your human power. So really disheartened and had a very bad experience with this one . Like really a full time waste absolutely wasted 7-8 days.
