Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, making cold calls to potential clients, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will play a key role in our sales pipeline by initiating conversations with prospects and driving sales opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers to introduce our product/services, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with Business development managers.
Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of leads to determine if they are a good fit for our product and services, and qualify them based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, and timeline.
Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits and value to potential clients.
Dialer Calling Experience: Prior experience with dialer systems for making outbound calls is required.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2-3 years of IT sales or B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of cold calling and lead generation.
US Shift Experience: Prior experience dealing with international clients (preferably US).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively and professionally.
Time Management: Ability to make 50+ calls per day and manage a high volume of outreach while maintaining quality interactions with prospects.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads and activities.
No Fresher: Only candidates with previous work experience are eligible; freshers need not apply.
