Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hi all,

I would like to share my interview experience today for the role of Senior Executive/ Dy Manager (Project Management) in the railway division.

I found the interviewers to be very rude. I understand that the interviewers may have 30+ years of experience, but that doesn’t give them the right to become aggravated during the interview if the candidate doesn’t know the answers to some questions, nor to judge you as if you’re worthless.

Because of their rudeness, I even forgot the answers I did know and completely went blank, as I began thinking of myself as someone who doesn’t know anything, despite my experience working for a railway company based in the UK.

Please be aware of Raghavendra Rao.

Even if I would be selected for this role, I would gladly decline the offer as the Interview itself shows how the company culture is and after joining you would be likely to be under constant pressure, as he is the reporting manager. This could cause struggles with your mental health at workplace. You won’t have any life outside work.

Be aware !!!!!
