Round 2 - Group Discussion 

Even though jet airways ceased their operations in 2019. This is for those who are trying to Airlines.
In Group discussion a case is given to you.
In most GD rounds it’s not what you say, it’s about how say. Let others talk too. Keep calm, do not interrupt. Smile. Agree and add another point. If you disagree, do not use the word disagree use words like, on the contrary, in my opinion, I believe etc

Round 3 - Aptitude Test

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: It's personal interview basically. You will be asked 2-3 questions based on ur resume

Round: Test
Experience: There are a series of basic grammar questions which are very easy to solve
Duration: 45 minutes
Total Questions: 20

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: They give you a topic and some time to discuss on it. Once that's done then you start talking. Make sure you talk only what you have to. Don't talk too much and neither be quite too.
Duration: 15 minutes

Round: Management round
Experience: It's a simple round if you are a fresher. But if you are experienced then they ask you about your job experience.

Round: Senior management round
Experience: It's same as the 4th round but it's the higher ups asking questions.
