Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview process was very easy although many of the candidates got rejected after written test. I'll explain the process further in details.

1st round
It was a BMI round in which your minimum height should be 160cms for girls and weight should be proportionate to height.

2nd round
This round was a group introduction or kind of Group discussion in which they'll call you in the group of 10 and ask you all the same question in my case they asked "what is your favourite cuisine?" Please listen the question carefully as they asked about cuisine then you have to tell them CUISINE most of all candidates started speaking about "FAVOURITE DISHES LIKE NOODLES, PIZZA ETC."
all they are noticing is how much you pay attention and just be confident in what you speak.

3rd round
It was a written test in which MCQ's based on grammer will given to you and with that a blank piece of paper on which you have to write on the topic which will be given to you.

4th round
It was a PI round (personal interview)
They'll ask you general question just see your level of confidence and the way you present yourself in front of them. Just remember to make eye contact and also listen carefully whatever they ask you, you should not need to ask them to repeat the question.

After clearing all these rounds you'll be given some forms to fill and remember to fill your email address correctly as it the main thing and the only ways they'll contact you.
After completing all these you'll receive a mail for medicals within a week and you have to follow the process further as mentioned in the email

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would advice for the job seekers who want to become a cabin crew is just go with the flow and prove yourself that you can achieve whatever your dreams are.
People going to judge you by your decision but be unstoppable. There will be time you’ll feel low and quitting , but that will be the time where you’ll be proving to the world.
Stay patient and focus on your goals.
Opportunity is like a biscuit which we dip in the tea, little delay and it will be gone.
So grab every opportunity without doubting yourself.
With time I have learned that even if I fail I learn from it and give another shot.
This is how I’m on the path of success.
