if you're a fresher then you'll master ServiceNow but don't go in this company to make career
try not to give them advice, and DO NOT DISCUSS salary they are very insecure about it. it's a small organization with a toxic work culture.
usual contract is like
- two or three month unpaid
- and after that they'll make u beg for your money (literally)
- they want to make u work on project in training period and they'll not give any quotation for
salary after completion of unpaid internship
- HR is unprofessional af she'll reply u in hours where u are unpaid she should behave better
DONT JOIN IF U ARE EXPERIENCED ONE it can traumatic

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
