Working at Inforce Technologies & Solutions has been an extremely frustrating experience. Firstly, there is a complete lack of work management systems in place. Projects seem to be handled on a whim, with no established protocols or methodologies to ensure efficiency and accountability. The absence of an official email address for communication has led to significant confusion among team members, as critical information is often lost in informal channels or not communicated at all.

Moreover, the company does not utilize any professional communication platforms, making collaboration difficult. We have no tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams to facilitate discussions, share updates, or ask questions. This has created an isolated work environment where team members feel disconnected and unsupported.

Additionally, the company lacks a sense of community or team spirit. There are no team photos or events to foster camaraderie, and after several weeks of working here, I've never seen any images of our Dubai office, which further alienates remote employees. This lack of visibility and engagement makes it challenging to feel like part of a cohesive team.

One of the most concerning aspects is the leadership's unapproachability. Team leads seem indifferent to our inquiries, and there is a palpable fear of asking questions or seeking guidance. This creates a toxic atmosphere where employees feel undervalued and hesitant to express their concerns. Overall, I would advise others to thoroughly verify the legitimacy of Inforce Technologies & Solutions, particularly by reviewing the offer letter before signing.

Unfortunately, I cannot identify any positive aspects of working at Inforce Technologies & Solutions. The environment feels overwhelmingly negative, with a pervasive sense of disorganization and lack of professionalism. I would characterize this company as disingenuous, and I believe others should be wary before engaging with them.
