Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This is service providing firm only client is Bajaj auto Ltd Pune if you got cleared your cad test at client location will be hired.....plz note whatever package you will get at joining will be highest independent on number of years you work their, I have work for 3.8 yr before, during & after COVID. Don't expect anything (hike/benifits/bonus) as they have number of reasons to harass you.
I have recieved 5% hike on basic pay two times for that we all have to fight/Begg. What we get 700/800 per month hike. During COVID they have changed policy so face deduction on account of bus(Rs.2900 )and cateen facilities (Rs.1600)
We were 16 people then they have asked to resign 4 in first yr then on next year 12 out of 3 ...and goes on no job security as they don't have any inhouse project and different clients
Regarding experience if you work in plastic then only you will get knowledge otherwise waste of time with no gain.
My personal suggestions if you have other offer plz go for that don't join this company they don't deserve good employees, actually they have nothing to do with employees. Don't have sharing policy.

SAP Labs Interview Experience | On-Campus | SAP Basis Consultant
I participated in SAP Labs' 2025 placement drive at Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) for the SAP Basis Consultant role. The process included three rounds: an aptitude + CS fundamentals test, a group discussion (GD), and a technical + HR interview.
In the GD, I confidently initiated the discussion on "Being Famous vs Being Knowledgeable," supporting my points with examples. During the interview, I discussed my resume, internship experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM, and machine learning models like Random Forest Regression. I also explained my problem-solving approach and adaptability to new technologies.
I was one of the five students selected, and it was a great learning experience. My advice to future aspirants: Be thorough with your resume, practice aptitude and CS fundamentals, and work on communication skills.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - When I was cleared my all round of interview and then HR comes to me and said 'congratulations you are selected ' and please come tomorrow for the documentation. Tomorrow the HR assign me the task of assessment, that was not acceptable 😑 because I was cleared my all round off interview and they told me to come for the documentation. On the last day I was resigned my last company because I got selected. But this situation is very difficult for me whether I failed assessment then they reject me. I did my assessment and have cleared 🙌 and then they told me for typing test which results is passes and then they started the documentation. It takes approx 21 days to get offer letter.
