Don't expect anything (hike/benifits/bonus) as they have number of reasons to harass you.
I have recieved 5% hike on basic pay two times for that we all have to fight/Begg. What we get 700/800 per month hike. During COVID they have changed policy so face deduction on account of bus(Rs.2900 )and cateen facilities (Rs.1600)
We were 16 people then they have asked to resign 4 in first yr then on next year 12 out of 3 ...and goes on no job security as they don't have any inhouse project and different clients
Regarding experience if you work in plastic then only you will get knowledge otherwise waste of time with no gain.

My personal suggestions if you have other offer plz go for that don't join this company they don't deserve good employees, actually they have nothing to do with employees. Don't have sharing policy.
