Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Like lala company , taking very hard work and on the name of facility provide very bad accomodation and mess facility for fooding is very unhygienic. Working culture is always disputable. Every employees are pulling legs of each other. For safety culture , remote control is in hand of PM/ VP who are dedicated to do wirk any how and keeping all safety norms aside. If safety personnel is raising their voice , all HR team, PM/VP, and planning department behave like enemy for safety department. They will give transfer to another site. This company keep safety department to take another work of execution , only to show the green helmet to client. Actually all green helmet persons are not from safety background, for safety compliance HG Infra hired any labor class personnel in very low budget. This company have no any Safety Management System. Very rough working culture for safety.
