Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Tldr: Apart from one interview, both the other interviewers had no regard for time. If you have no regard for your own time but want to work at a great product, go for it.

The hr is insistent on the fact that you need to give all your time here because it's an early stage startup. You will need to work late hours and even on weekends. They expect you to devote your time to them, however, their so called leadership team has no respect for yours.

I wouldn't touch this company with a 10ft pole given it's current team. The idea and execution is great but the people, probably the polar opposite.

I specified multiple times that I had appointments to keep, yet the interviewer showed up late.

For the next round, i was physically in their office, but they still couldn't finish 2 rounds of conversation within 3.5 hours. And while walking out of my interview, to attend take interview which couldn't be delayed ( while implying my time is expendable), their feedback was so generic and blatantly inconsiderate of my time that I didn't show sufficient curiousity about the product. This might be appreciated, if only they actually gave time to let the interviews run on time.

The ceo also mentioned that he wanted to screw the person in the interview because they would be working closely with them and to be prepared for that. While this shows a great sense of endearment and commitment to the product they are building, it also shows how insensitive they are to the people they are hiring.
