Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have been interviewed by EY 6 Times and they are not capable of hiring of skilled people. Why i say that i have been interviewed by interviewer two times and i got rejected by that interviewer two times after Knowing that I'm not suits for that position and he is in very higher position too person who is capable of screening a resume what a worst Big 4 my sincere request to candidates who would like to go for EY it's becoming like a Market not a Big 4 anymore.

Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2.
I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also,I am a bit confused.The role offered is for a consultant,but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY?
There are other offers.

But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.
