Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - On a high level -
Keep calm, stay focused on whatever you are answering.
On Technical side :
Have a sound study along with project experience of the subject on which you are facing the technical panelist.
If you are not able to study or not got those many scopes/chances in you project for the interview subject, then don't go for the interview, save this for a later date. When you will be ready from all aspects, go for the interview, who knows you will end up cracking a much better one .
Never fake , you will be caught.
On managerial side:
never try to let your existing company or the new firm/company down.
Show that you are flexible and reliable to whichever company you join in .
Stay firm with your goals in the new company, and if asked about your expectations, be straightforward .
HR round :
Negotiate well.
If you have offer in hand , tell them and negotiate based on that.
Never try to jump to an unbelievable range of package, it will cost you later in terms of expectations from you.
Make it more interactive and have the recruiter along with you on your expectations.

Best of luck.
