I applied via Approached by Company and was interviewed before Nov 2023. There were 3 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Assignment 

Basic Mathematics and there is no any tough questions. They only see your Technical and capable to work upto 3 years with agreement. You should strong with your basics of thermal, mechanical and Hydraulics. The company is very good you can learn everything here from 0 to 100, and the employees are so friendly. They will guide you in the proper way. The main thing is there is no pressure at all in this ( which is only applicable for Bengaluru location). For the beginners this is good company those who are looking to start their career into Application, sales and Marketing and with Better salary.

Round 2 - Technical 

(4 Questions)

  • Q1. There is not that much of tough in Technical. You just prepare with the refrigeration cycle, thermal, HVAC system, Hydraulics and Mechanical. Just you just go with the basics in these things for this much ...

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
