Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I joined in Aug’22 and in 5 months they asked to put down the papers with entire team coz they are shutting their Delhi Sadar Branch. Mr. Akshit Bansal was heading as this was his 1st job and he was appointed as VP. His focus to get business is grow your operations team, automatically you will get business & never allows to go in Field for sales call coz you will ask for Conveyance which he don’t want to give to his employees. He can claim his personal expenses also from office by showing something or the other but don’t want that employee should go to field if going then ask customer will you give business to me then only I will come for meetings.
