The first round was group discussion which were held in group of 12 students ,and 3 students were selected from each group for final interview. the GD topic was pretty easy ,it was based on the current topics or some may be general knowledge.
The Gd topic for our group was "Uniform should be mandatory in school or organization".

This is the first and easiest round after CV shortlisting. The aptitude questions were very easy and required only the basic knowledge of Mathematics and English. Questions were mostly based on Quantitative Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning. That's all.

After passing the Aptitude Round, candidates will require to go through the Round 1 Group Discussion. Here, they will basically check your English speaking skills and confidence. Coditas is typically looking for candidates who have good communication skills. The topics given in GD Round will be extremely easy, and they will give you 5 minutes to think on the topic, hence no need to worry about what to speak. My topic was "Indian Education System Needs Modification", talk For or Against the topic.

Candidates who cleared Round 1 of GD, will be sitting for the Round 2 Group Discussion. Again, the topic was pretty easy, and this time they were focusing more on conversational skills and fluency in English. This time the topic of GD was "Is Social Media making us less social?", Talk For or Against the topic.
