Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Got a Call from Consultancy they collected all the details Regarding the CTC during that time i had an offer of XX LPA and I have agreed for XX + 3 Lakhs
1) First round was with Datamatics Lead complete Technical Discussion on .NET Basics.
2) Second Round was with Client onsite Team Complete Technical Discussion on .NET, SQL, MVC,C#, OOPS.
3) Got a Call from HR for Salary Discussion by that time i have got a better offer XX + 4.5 . I have informed the same to them and revise it accordingly. She started talking rude stating that we can only offer this XX + 50000 from that current offer I have informed them i was not okay with it and declined the offer
Next Day got a call from Consultancy they have enquired about the HR Discussion and they said they will revise the offer to XX+6 as fixed.
Again got call from 2 other HR from Datamatics if i will be joining if i get the revised offer or not
They did not release the offer letter
Again got call from consultancy that i need to assure them i will be joining datamatics and I have informed them before releasing the offer letter how can i understand their terms and conditions
So i have informed them not to release the offer.
But they released the offer letter with XX + 6 with 2.5 As Variable pay and for Bangalore location
But i have applied for Chennai Location
Completely Clumsy process. I have decided to join the company with less package instead of joining datamatics
