After clearing two rounds first was HR on call and the second chat assessment, and after that MS. Esha told in Whatsapp group that including me other 6 have cleared the chat assessment round and will get a call from operation manager for operation round, first week no response then when selected candidates started calling her she started the process nobody got call as i confirm with them (selected candidates), instead they received an email for documentation process and had an zoom call, and unfortunately she might forget me to put in list or I don’t know what went wrong because everybody get except me, so I called her she did not answered, i left text she replied the next day saying she’ll let me know, after a day she told me to be ready for operation round as i will receive a call from manager,i received after three day’s and a fake call from them, i have been interviewed many times with tha managers and directors and he was totally faking it, as which manager asked the candidates to tell me about your self after clearing the two rounds and he hardly able to ask any questions layer i did some investigation then I found out he was just employed. Ms ESHA is a fake person do not trust her, I suggest just do not trust this company they don’t have any good reputation in the market, all employees are complaining for their infrastructure, their management skills, water problems, there’s no cafeteria and no time management, inside politics and many more the whole company needs a reframe.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My interview advice would be that wear confidence when you speak. And , go through all the technical questions & about the company for which you are applying. Just relax your mind & be yourself. The only important thing is 'confidence' it should be reflect within you. P.s - Don't feel nervous & anxious because other person is also a human that person is not gonna eat you.(haha)
