Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

General Tips: This interview was a banking one but was majorly a stress test. It lasted for about 1 hour. The interviewer wanted to test both my knowledge and communication skills. Most of the questions asked to me were related to my banking curriculum i.e. Working capital, cash credit limit, Agri development Loan, Commodity based finance loan, etc.
Skills: Communication, Body Language, Problem Solving, Analytical Skills, Leadership, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Decision Making Skills
Duration: 1-4 weeks

I was interviewed by an experienced person and he made me feel comfortable all through.Type of questions asked are like: Tell me about your extra curricular activities from your childhood, Tell me something about your leadership qualities. Situational questions were also asked which were simple.
College Name: NIT WARANGAL

Tips: Amcat exam is very good for a fresher as it will provide you a lot of job opportunities.
Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: Since my b.tech background was electrical so few questions were asked from topics related to machine.They asked me to write a C program. In the HR interview they just gelled well with me and specially they looked how confident I was.
Tips: little bit of knowledge about programming will do and be confident through out your interview.do not panic
