Implementing and maintaining all the activities in area of Maintenance, New Facility Planning and Training as per set standards.

Receiving complaint from client & forwarding it to concerned Department or vendor and getting it rectified. `
Maintenance and supervising of Hydro Pneumatic System.
Handling security teaming security issues.
Maintaining monthly attendance for B.M.S, Security, Electricians, plumbers, pump operators, Left opretors and Housekeeping staff.
Ensuring that pest control activity is carried out on weekly basis as per schedule.
Lift Management (Conduct Training & Supervising Manual Rescue Operation Drill for the Lift Operators and Security.)
Fire Fighting System Knowledge and has also attended firefighting training.
Receiving complaints from clients & Forwarding it to the concerned Department or Vendor & get it rectified.
Coordinating with Customs department (SEZ) staff relating to custom matter.
Handling - 54 Lift operators, 32 Housekeeping staffs, 03 Faculty Supervisor, 03 B.M.S Supervisor ,07 B.M.S Operators, 03 Electricians, 03 Plumbers, 02 pump operators, 18 Gate Security coordinators / 48 Common area security guards /03 Security Supervisors /01 Security Officers /01 Chief Security Officers.
