I completed amazon test with in 1 hour's 15 minute but I got knowledge and communication skill from this test. Most of the questions were related to English grammar for example multiple choice question, passage and email writing related topics. I answered all the questions with confidence very well. It was my first online interview in amazon and I thing it did pretty well for fresher and I realized one thing after the whole interview good customer service do increase the goodwill & reputation of company.

Rest of all, it was great. You will need to prepare yourself first. Be quick, only then you can crack the test over there. If you can speak in English, your typing speed is good and you do not do any grammatical mistakes in writing then go ahead. You will crack the test easily.

The assessment to get hired has been structured well. You need to be very calm , sit in a quiet place before proceedings , make sure there is no disturbances. Read the questions clearfully before selecting the answers as the assessment is made to get you confused , to judge your analytical and multitasking skills . Practice a lot of grammer, vocabulary and typing if you need to . You have to be good at logical reasonings too and active listening. Most importantly, don't toogle between the tabs otherwise your assessment will not be taken forward and that is system generated. Lastly , be honest enough with your aptitude test and do not take much time there . Please focus on the questions and do not miss out a thing . Re-check you have answered everything. Get some insight about how customers service associates work before the test . Do not panic ! Be very calm cause the examination takes 2-3 hours , do not get impatient. Finish and submit the assessment and then wait for the mail regarding the update.
