Few days ago , I have resigned forcefully by Altruist the it was said to me that I Will receive my salary within 45 days as it was hold . Fine , I accepted and then waited for the amount when it was about to complete the given time I asked my HR , She said no after 45 days it will be processed and then you will receive. I waited but didn't get anything. Now this HR is informing it will take 60- 90 days when other company provides the amount within 45 days then why they are doing this . I couldn't find any thing to say. I don't know what to do , can I take any step against for giving me misinformation?
