Aliens group is one of the toxic company i have ever worked on. when i say toxic and worst, I MEAN IT. This company has became worst nightmare to the customers as well as to the employees.

1. Company is running without any hierarchy & protocol and they know it. Their so called HR Head - Mallika Arjun Reddy an illiterate and uneducated guy who doesn't even know Hindi & English handling HR & CRM. He doesnt even hold a degree. Just try to roam around girls and stare them. Even Madan Challa who handels admin falls under same uneducated group.

2. Sales guys are the most suffered one, doing all labor jobs for the company and they don't even care to pay their half of the incentives. Its been ages that old employees have ever got 1/2 of their incentives. They are simply offering more salaries to employees than market because no one want to work in their toxic culture.
Holding back employees till 12 pm night, ringing up employees in late nights as if they have bought them. they don't even care about timings.

3. No leave policy - This company only knows how to make employees piss off and get the job done and when employees ask for things such as payslips, leaves, increment etc. they simply say a statement "Focus on your work" and thats how they run.

4. Once a customer is been trapped to their project, they stop taking phone calls of the customers and make CRM people to snatch money from them.

5. Suffering in this company for atleast 8 months is like suffering in a jail for 10 years. and they proudly say that once you work here you can survive in any other companies out there because they know how pissed off work culture aliens group have. Pressure is worst than even Byju's.

6. They don't even deposit single penny in PF account of employees, when you resign from company you simply see big zero's in pf account.

They are the worst nightmare that i have ever been with. Customers who have invested their lifetime savings with them they dont even care about.

To all customers and educated employees, don't get trapped with ALIENS GROUP.
