Experience: Resumes are considered on the basis of basic demand of any organisation and so was the case in the matter of mine resume. Because I was previously associated with AISATS so the process became convenient to rejoin.

General Tips: Stay calm and confident of what you present in interview rounds as
your body language plays a vital role in the judgement.
If you are a fresher candidate, kindly throw away the laziness once you face the interview rounds As it may be a reason behind exit.

Integrity, Discipline and gender sensitivity are some values which takes you to the height of success.
Always have the enthusiasm to take the work by stepping a head and never say NO to the work untill it has something wrong indulgement.

Keep yourself updated with the product knowledge, an easy way to crack an interview and finally always have truthful interactions with your higher-ups.
