Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This company has alot of projects but not having proper resources to work on it. So you need to work on multiple projects simultaneously and there will be back to back calls all the day so you have to extend daily after office hours to complete your work. No work life balance and alot of process so you have to do alot of documentation which is feasible only when you have one or two projects to track else it becomes very difficult and unrealistic job. I would not recommend this company to anyone atleast don't go for APAC Team as all clients are Indians so you know how Indian clients works. They always crip on budget but need quality solution in very less time. Upper management don't have any hold on client and will not come to support the delivery team so it will be completely on you to take care of everything.
