I applied via campus placement at Aditya College of Engineering, Surampalem
It is for an Hour. I has English,Arithematics and Reasoning and the test is for 100 marks
There is an assignment, where they filtered based on Hand writing as all of our batch i.e.,10 members out of 30 had written the same paragraph from the internet, they choose only 5 members with better hand writing than others. and yeah out of 30 only 10 entered the next round.
The topic is on Present Education system, it lasted for 20mins and they choose people who didn't tried talking and who repeated the same copying from others.

I applied via Recruitment Consulltant and was interviewed before Mar 2021. There were 2 interview rounds.
There is nothing to such much about aptitude test. It is followed by Grammar , Math's and twisted question to find the answer. You should read carefully to understand and answer the question.

First they will ask you about your self. Secondly, you need to make sure that you are confident while you speak. It should not look like as though you are following the script.

Interview Preparation Tips
Experience: Every individual had to speak on a topic for about 2-3 minutes. To get qualified for the next round.
Tips: Be clear on what you speak about. Speak in normal English the way you generally communicate.
Round: Speak on a particular topic
Experience: The interviewer will give a topic to each candidates to speak for 2-5 minutes to know the vocabulary level.
Tips: Prepare well about your topic within the time given.
Round: Telephonic interview
Experience: The speaking ability is continued to see how well d candidate can approach the other person. A person will call and ask about who is your favourite teacher, who is your inspiration,what you want to become and so on.
Tips: Listen properly don't ask the questions again and agaun. Let your response be short and sweet. Don't take unnecessary examples or talk about there company.
Skills: Vocabulary Skills, Presentation Skills, Talking Ability, Clear Communication
