Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The company is good and the job is okay too, the one thing i didn't like is their payment cycle to the employees. Work from 1 to 30/31 of the month and the payment of salary is done next month at the date of 15th. Also rotational week leaves are not being approved by the TL sometimes, and they say in the interview there is no targets and pressure for this job but that is completely false. That too the salary is not given on time and almost everyday there is one employee who is leaving the company, also talking to my colleagues the qualification of the people there are 12th pass with no plan to study further but they are of good company also there are graduate degree colleagues working there too for this position since they are not getting job in their respective field. Also weekly events and games are being organized for the employees so that no one leaves the company. Nice work HR but everyone knows this😂😂
