HR manager Mr. Naresh was very helpful.....

Dislikes

The Company does not provide any promotion and no proper salary is give to employees. If anyone is unhappy with job they won't leave you ..they will blackmail you....If you properly leave in notice period they won't give your salary ...I will suggest you don't inform and leave take your salary and go...Pay role department is very worst.

I dislike one thing is that i am an senior executive and having a perfect product knowledge but they give trainer opportunity to some one else, and they didnt have any knowledge about product and working as trainer in the process that the point i think like company policies are not good . If there is an position for trainer they have to giving an opportunity to someone who have an knowledge about cx satisfaction or product .... but i enjoy my job and i love to working at there

...f you come early you must not leave early have to sit until your boss leaves. 3. Worst salary structure - 15th is the salary date, each month there will be some deduction which you won't notice. If noticed again by sending back to back emails you'll get it. 4. No appraisal - No matter how many team you take care in a good way you won't be eligible for a hike. They'll ask you to leave it you ask for it. 5. Politics at its worse- I know politics is something which you can see everywhere here it is too worse. You might be ignored in some critical conversation even though you handle the team. You can't raise a complaint on your immediate boss if he does any mistakes. 6. Skill development - You'll have an enhanced skill of destroying people's mental health as it will not be considered in this organisation. Overall please don't choose this company which has no proper infrastructure, no proper work culture etc.,

...nt it means that god wants you to send a message as a help so let's start. 1....worst place ever to work with not even talking about salary part....the work environment here is so bad that it will start giving you mental health issues. 2....People who are in operations think they own the organization n it means they also own u..... 3... Most important part is here about salary trust me guys don't work here they be like currently our salary gets credit on 15th of every month but we are trying to change this to 4th or 5th of the month....one of the biggest lie n I think they have done this intentionally u have to work for 45 days just to get half of what they offer you as a salary. 4...one of the worst management system I have ever seen I mean have u ever work for any organization which don't even have chairs...... 5... Guys I don't have anything personal with 1point1 but don't destroy ur CV n career by joining this organization. I can literally write whole book consists of shits happen here...go for the organization where u can get pay on time we all works for our family you deserve better
