Now that the market is crashing, is this a good time to invest?

IDBI Bank (and many other private banks) are teaching Post Graduate Diploma In Banking & Finance (PGDBF) for Rs.3 lakh. If you pass the exam then you'll get a job that pays about 50k/month with a 3 year bond. If you break the bond then you'll have to pay about Rs.2 lakhs. 

I think this is a pretty good option for fresh graduates to pursue. Pays better than most IT companies. Don't you think?

My partner wants to quit his job and take up trading full-time. I have always been supportive of his choices. But, is this too much risk at this age (we're both 33)?

When your employee count crosses 50, here's what will happen without a CFO - 

1. Operationally, things will start to break. Untimely vendor payments and collections. Trouble managing contracts. financial fraud for not adhering to laws. You'll not have anyone to fix the issues and build processes that can sustain your growth and scale.

2. Strategically, your Excel spreadsheets will go bust. Budgets will be inaccurate. No one will be accountable for tracking ROIs &amp; flagging underperformance.

Heard from a colleague that health insurances have something called Moratorium Period, which is usually 8 years in India. Once you cross 8 years, companies cannot deny claims based on pre-existing conditions. 

So, it is a good idea to invest in health insurance as early as you can.

Indian banks have some of the worst tech infrastructure. Old school and broken most of the time. 
What are their engineers doing? Are their ideas not taken into consideration or most don't even try to innovate/improve?

For all those who hate to read complex terms and conditions of health insurance policies... 

Insurance companies are now mandated to provide a Customer Information Sheet (CIS). It will be a short, easy-to-understand document outlining the key policy details. 

Y'all think these companies will still find sly strategies to fool their customers through CIS?

It's been a tough experience at  Bajaj Allianz. The company promised a fixed salary and no sales targets, but that's not the case. My salary depends on meeting sales targets, and if I don't achieve them, I don't get paid. 

The company also doesn't provide data for sales or recruitment, which makes it hard to do my job well. The work culture is bad, with senior employees being egotistical and biased. The only positive is the option to work from home.😅

At ICICI Bank, I'm having a mixed bag. The constant management changes have made things tough, and the current management isn't supportive. 

There are also issues with manager behavior and services. But on the bright side, the people and employees at ICICI Bank are skilled and wonderful🙂

I had a horrific experience working at Max Life Insurance. 😣

They not only refused to pay my salary and settlement amount, but also showed zero compassion for my family problems and sickness. Avoid this company like the plague!😣

Why do some of you still have government bank accounts even after the terrible customer service they offer?

Being a top performer at HDFC earns you recognition and respect. But on the other hand, management's favorite words - PIP, resignation, and taking action - can create a stressful work environment.😔

The pressure to achieve targets can be overwhelming, with constant reminders to bring in business before the end of the day. But if you excel in your role, you become a role model for others.😀

Overall, it's a challenging yet rewarding experience to work at this Bank.

At Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, the insurance plans are top-class. But, the unprofessionalism of the Sales Team, Ops Team, and HR is a major downside. 

Additionally, the presence of couples working in the same company and reporting to the same manager raises questions about fairness. However, the insurance plans offered by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance are excellent.🙂🙂

I recently worked at Tata AIA Life Insurance, and it was a pretty tough experience. The older employees had a seniority complex, micromanaged everyone, and were rude. 

No one was willing to share their knowledge, either. Overall, it wasn't a great place to work.🥴



I have some concerns at Birla Sun Life Insurance. The company doesn't provide a travel allowance, which makes it hard to pay for travel expenses.🙁

The quality of leads is also not great, and the commission on products is low. On the positive side, there's not much to say in terms of likes.
