Job security and the work culture is very appealing You would not want to leave the company for any reason. The company gives you enough opportunities to work. Yes work pressure is there but not that over powers you if you can manage time with work and life

1. Job security, company is very good for employee regarding job security. 2. Work life balance is one of best factor. 3. Company policy are good. (Not great but more than average). 4. Learning opportunity for those who want to learn. 5. Internal career movement and promotions are little easy for deserving candidates. 6. Working hours are fixed kind of, no extended working hours, or very few time or barely no. 7. Company is very good for female employee. 8. It is the company where you can retire. 9. Appraisal % are also decent. Like ranges between 7-15 % per annum and sometime more during promotions and band change or at market corrections time.

Dislikes

1. Salary is average. Not above par market standards. 2. Technical work is less, most of the work is SOP based and functionality wise also less learning. (Not bad but just ok.) 3. After some time learning will be stagnant if you are in same team or did not take IJP (internal movement to other team ). 4. Appraisal cycle is very late June to June. 5. Also the bell curve system is really bad for appraisal. 6. In some of the team Manager is biased and play kind of nepotism or promotes his/her caste person or favourite person only, though he has zero knowledge. 7. On site opportunity are zero or barely minimum. Like for 15-45 days max, that is also for 1 out of 40 employee.

Team events are very rear Team Lunch once in a year No team bonding activities Huge workload every time You will be on same position for many years like 4 to 6 years you can't expect promotion

Overall good company and allows employees to work in flexible shifts during work from home. Good appraisals and hike compared to other companies

Work load is very high.... Company is going much towards cost cutting and automations due to which employees are under huge pressure
