Management is from pune thats a good and bad thing. Work culture is good, however in trying to grow compensation is getting hit a bit for the work being done.

Little bit more desire to be the employee friendly company it once were while the scope and size and company is increasing it is becoming more like those service based companies if not course corrected.

Flexible work timing, Relaxed shift timings, No layoffs at any cost, good work place for newly married or married people with toddlers.

...or being sly. Managers are generally "mail" managers rather than "tech skilled". This is probably one of those few companies calls the "variable pay" as bonus and the duration between appraisal discussion to the reflection of the "updated salary" is 3 months. No onsite opportunity regardless of the designation. In a nutshell, talented people's time and efforts will be handled brainless laid-back management.

Team events are very rear Team Lunch once in a year No team bonding activities Huge workload every time You will be on same position for many years like 4 to 6 years you can't expect promotion

Overall good company and allows employees to work in flexible shifts during work from home. Good appraisals and hike compared to other companies

Work load is very high.... Company is going much towards cost cutting and automations due to which employees are under huge pressure
