Flexibility to work from home.

Dislikes

Its like Indian housewives running the India office.. hardly present in any of the critical team meetings, 1x1, team catch ups .. there are always issues with their electricity, internet, teams, kid is sick or they are sick. etc.. its not normal if its happening every week from the last 2.5 years. But they are always be the first to meet and greet when there are people visiting from the NL office. openly practice favourites.Hardly any job security. Multiple people were asked to leave or sacked within days. BTW there is no PIP for managers and above.. one fine day you will be straight asked to leave (no notice period).

I like the transparent work culture here and everyone is given an opportunity to speak. Flexible work options available with a great work-life balance. There is a lot of scope to improve and I see that as an opportunity to cotribute my best to improve the process. People here are great and I love working with most of them.
