Politics is so bad here. Sometimes it feels like why am I working here and also there should be hike in the salary. Sometimes the trainer behaves so rude uses rubbish words.

Career growth options are given in after 9 months in the company. Lot of mismanagement in the company and client policies. CSAT is huge thing for them to get.

...ce pay us but you mark negetive pl balance and you took tht money back that way. So when we need leave you deduct our salary because we don't have pl balance. Management was also not that good.
