Overall experience till now is ossam didn't want to left this company anymore here I got everything for what purpose I had joined TP exactly the same I got in revert because in TP if you work hard and give ur best shot you will never back step.

No work life balance (they expect you to work 15hrs straight without extra pay) No reward only reprimand (top management's policy) 0% job security - you would lose your job anytime. Don't even think about appraisal. 😅

Work culture is good and the environment is not toxic.

There is a lot of discrepancy in salary for the same designation. Also at times I have seen people getting more salary than their reporting manager. Appraisal is delayed everytime and it's credited by May even the appraisal is closed by January every year.

There will be too many test in training and if you clear all of them and join production then you can have a secure job.

NO growth opportunities. NO to minimum hike or appraisal in salary (max is 5% if you are an exceptional performer). Too much politics. Middle and Upper management only gives growth opportunities to those who are their favorite employees. NO work life balance as you can be asked to extend your shift or work on your WO anytime and you can't say no. OT is not an option but an mandatory requirement and OT amount is quite less (Rs. 100-200/per hour) based on process. NO Learning There is Teleperformance focus on their own training program which is how to have happy customers or employees, but none of these learning programs are useful as it has no real scenario handling or skills. They only show you perfect scenario on how to treat a customer or your employee but that does not happen.
