Less Salary according to work load Work Load No Job Security No Work Balance Overtime and didn't pay out Not Providing and Help and facilities No Support in any Form HR / Manger Not Providing job while our process Ramp Down , just for showoff they gave us fake sampathy and not providing any job , if they are proving job , they will not provide you cab facilitate , work from office 50km of travel , and they will pay you same salary which you are getting in your work form home . Also 6 days working with rotating shift ,but all they thing is also fake they will not re- hire again , it's just for ,that they are you providing job ,but you are not interested, that they wants to show other. Bad orginazation.

Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

The only thing I like abt TP is I got my basic in-hand salary on time

Everything from cab issue, attendance issue, salary, OT issue you are expected to solve it all yourself. The higher ups looks at you and their customers only as a wallet to derive the most while contributing the least amount . All they care abt is sales sales sales with no actual customer services.

...holidays/festive holiday you have to work on 15 August,26jan, Oct 2 and so on. 5) TP BHR cannot even explain our salary structure. 6) Takes to long to resolve some issues. 7.) The management treat us badly(exploits the employee) Eg. You have completed your night shift and next day you have to work for Day shift as well without any rest. And vice versa too. 8.) Rats in locker room and in canteen coffee machine on 6th floor. Cockroach in water machine and glasses. 9) no cab service for evening/night shift employees. 10) no canteen for night shift.

Dont like so much salary very low but work very high target 48 in dispute regular but salary only 11000 tl want 9 hour to login if you don't gave the login hours they will treat you very badly..their is many humble and such a very great peoples but some people's are very irritating total timeing job 9 hours but salary is not good ecis process
