...n the floor. Promotion on the basis of favouritism & not to deserving employees. Salary absolutely low compared to competitive companies. Management has zero level IQ in handling client calls & just give agents more pressure by agreeing to stupid client calls.

There is lot of things to highlight but I would like point out on certain things that is related to HR they are not talking with Employees they are just listening thier management.. Management are pathetic as was working with HP.they treating their agent as Gadha majdoor etc

Teleperformance is good in terms of protecting their employees and they try to settle their employees in different field if they loose any other business and they are environment friendly and take care of hygiene as well

Their salary structure does not help employees motivate to work and their appraisal are very slow and does not recognise for their talent and work they do

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
