...wonderful experience, best first experience people thier were very professional. Layer like voice assistant then senior ,Team leader, Trainer, Branch manager, floor manager,and assistance of all posts then bhr and so on were all easily assible, offcourse it was difficult to speak to bhr due to work pressure but they try thier best to make us feel comfortable,equal , appraiser and etc it was fun , they play games on saturay, they have festivals and day etc and salary is a rage but it's on time and even extra if you work extra . My salary inhand was 12.500 something but i received 15k consecutive 2month as i didn't take any leave came even on fest etc

Thier is this test every month which is irritating, and then thier is this qouta of more than 85per quality score which also quite frustating and every day manger shouts like talking time is increasing, kam kro ....and exit policy ,this policy that policy too much of policies to follow one the irrigation policy is No-paper policy like not even paper is allowed inside the office .if you want to take mobile or any electronic device including smart watch...

WFH Opportunities for career growth like IJPs and training programs.

Dislikes

No work life balance (they expect you to work 15hrs straight without extra pay) No reward only reprimand (top management's policy) 0% job security - you would lose your job anytime. Don't even think about appraisal. 😅

Work culture is good until you score good and met all requirements if not met they will show you the real face and keep pressuring until you met there requirement also the manager don't know how to talk to there employees treating them like a trash keep forcing to change employee department or they give threats of termination

Worked for Vodafone UK process, at the beginning the process was with FIS and I was very much happy there and after the process was outsourced to TP I only had bad experiences. The worst experience is their policy.
