...or survival, it is ok. for a support functions, there is no work life balance. very poor compensation n benefits, its already pre decided. IT policies are in complete mess. Finance process works like any government company.

no appreciation, no motivation, no HR system in place. IT policies in complete mess. Accounts process works like any governmeny company. CEOs feel disturbed if asked for any approval.

Don't go guys who are willing to join. TP makes you why we are living.

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

Only that they are giving the salary which is necessary for me right now I must have left the organization

The admin department specially, the lady in admin something shruda she is really rude and pathetic, she should be more into WFM team rather in admin Also promotions which are only because of favoritism and people always ready for lag pulling, always criticizing Also the service people are also uneducated via their mind If someone only wear a scratched jeans, it is not like a weird one or it is ok for any office then also they don't allow you to get enter but most of the time they don't mind or they don't warn others that this is not allowed please be remembered No they only work as per their comfort Thats ridiculous Now they allowed girls to go out in the midnight as well and they don't care of it Girls can walk out and come again to office at approx 3 to 4 AM now they don't care about TP policy TP is getting worst and worst day by day

Nothing to like. Management is full of craps. They'll terminate you without giving any cause and instead of providing salary for the fnf that they promise you'll get, you'll have to pay the company to get the experience later

Dislikes

1)Less scope for learning not much opportunities in terms of exploration in new tools 2)Subjective point but Management especially directors of my project are ill managed.
