I started working with TP few months back. After the out break of COVID 19 they stopped paying us and started marking us on LOSS OF PAY, Most of the people are facing financial crises due to this disease and I am one of these. SO FAR NO HELP FROM TELEPERFORMANCE.

They dont care about their employees all they are saying Your jobs is secure but we wont pay you. We are just asking for any kind of work. We are feasible with change of process. STILL NO HeLP

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

...a is worst in Tele performance. After you resign she will ask for money Rs 3000. Salary in TP is Rs 12888 only, no transport allowance and wfh benefits. No internet allowance also. To do their work you have to use your income.

No technical growth, No professional practice manager either belongs from India or overseas are just manager because they spend many years, Here managers even don't know how to write a professional email what else can you except from them. They will use all latest tool like JIRA, Azure etc but for any kind of work they actually kind of fresher while using these tool. Managers and Team Lead even don't know many technical term which is very commonly used in todays development world.

It was good to work as Analyst in TP, good attire of company , culture and security

There is less package for old workers, there is no equality in package between old raters and new joining people, atleast there is no average balance between us, how to survive with that less package,how those people are offering more package for new joiners and not thinking about old working people. Other than package it was very good experience in the company.
