I almost daily coordinate with directors.

Absolutely no rewards and recognition programs.
And not to mention, I have a blood sucking manager. (Well, that could be subjective for others)
There is a lot of technitio and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resing on the job training is not given to new joinees

...ey don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.
No worst working for . No one appreciate your work . Specially if you are part of IT team . My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . High leadership is just worst . No good changes . I missed time when vikas was our director . New leadership joins . Make useless changes remove alll our benefits . Decreased increament scale . Company show no appreciation for employee. You will never getting any bonus, no diwali or holi or new year gifts. Nothing . I hate that new management don't apreate there IT.
