The company cabs will will drop you 2 hours before the shifts, the cab drivers are rude and misbehaving and the transport team does nothing about it even if you complain .... the managers will try anything to get back at you, nobody is professional, even the employee care is a hoax, they will even hold your salary if they want and escallating on twitter or on email will not help either, they will even extend your notice period if they are facing iteration , every person in the company is unprofessional and rude and dumb .... if you want to make your life hell, then please join this company, especially plot no 398 or 396 ..... otherwise just stay away from them

Monterary compensation, cab facilities, everybody from the cab driver to the guards and the transport and admin team, the employee care team everyone is rude for no reason , they will treat you like thieves for no reason at all The working environment is toxic, the managers and supervisors are partial from day one, the WFM team are partial and will treat you as if you are a butler ..... the people try to harasse female employees, the transport team hands out the phone numbers of female employees to cab drivers just because they dont know how to use the app, the cab drivers often drink and drive and they sometimes misbehave with the female and male employees, if you complain the employee care team does nothing at all, they will say that there has to be many complains about same person to take action on him and the transport team and admin team, especially the guy called jitesh, who will try to demeen you and will pin everything on you instead of taking action on the culprit If you want to reach to higher management, there is lobbying and you will reach nowhere .... nobody is there in the higher management where you can complain about them

This is my personal opinion and I would like to say about that there is a psychological pressure from your seniors side to do your shift or job , If you are giving good score to your TL or their seniors then you will get your leaves or other benefits like extra time to go for break and half day and all the things, I do not like that why they decide for employee leaves on the basis of the scores they already get monthly leaves and they have rights to take it, and the other things is that I observed My last ACCM did not coach my DSAT's and CSAT's (Dissatisfaction survey and satisfaction survey) they jumped into me in BQ, It is called you will get a some time period in which you have to improve your score if you fail then you will get another chance to improve yourself then you will be terminated, Here is no job security and mind pressure also. Some people good there and some not. In our batch, 2-4 people did not resign, apart from this other batches also came and left. My question is why did they leave the job so quickly, what was the reason for them?

An environment full of addicted chain smokers, interdepartmental politics and worst employee care department full of dumb basterds who pressures their employees to admit the non compliance which they haven't committed 😕.
