I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.

Offered salary was very low as compared to market and other companies. Lots of politics for promotions.

...e will free at 7.30 pm Instead of 6.30 pm . Sometimes it extends to 8pm . Why ?? I'm not getting extra salary or benefits . And manager didn't given evening tea break also .

Salary and other benefits are good and the company is quite professional

Too systematic. You feel like a robot. No lineancy for anyone. Even if you are having medical emergency, they refuse to give you an off day or hpl. The medical room facilities suck. No doctor available.

The only thing I like here is that my batchmates are all like family to me. They are the only reason I am still working here or else I would have left this place long time ago.

...fe balance...no leaves. It becomes toxic at some point of time. No job security. They just treat you like they own you for the salary they pay you. So much restrictions and ughhhh........in short... just avoid BPOs. :')

All the seniors are friendly with their juniors and it makes the better place where everyone wants to work...

In-hand salary need to be increase. Incentive structures are good but still in-hand salary should also increase.....
