...e will free at 7.30 pm Instead of 6.30 pm . Sometimes it extends to 8pm . Why ?? I'm not getting extra salary or benefits . And manager didn't given evening tea break also .

Too systematic. You feel like a robot. No lineancy for anyone. Even if you are having medical emergency, they refuse to give you an off day or hpl. The medical room facilities suck. No doctor available.

...fe balance...no leaves. It becomes toxic at some point of time. No job security. They just treat you like they own you for the salary they pay you. So much restrictions and ughhhh........in short... just avoid BPOs. :')
