Helping environment, behavier of managers, I like the certificate distribution system. As a fresher I invested my time at good place. Celebrating fastivals on working day as well. I lived far from my family and on the fastivals i never missed them because I had become a family member of this teleperformce team. My team leader (sajjad sir) the way he made us understand things, no one can do. I am missing those days now and regreting why did I leave the organization.

...believe if you give two off in a week so employees won't leave the organization. Many people left the organization because they thought that there are only 4 week offs in a monthand salary is too less as well. But you give 8 week offs in a month in this salary, everyone wants to part of this organization.

I was working for Thomas Cook pvt ltd process and it has unlimited incentive structure that attracts me to work harder and earn more money.

Offered salary was very low as compared to market and other companies. Lots of politics for promotions.

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.
