...y wont understand family problem, even if anyone die they wont understand it. They are seeking a chance to deduct your salary anyhow. The transparency is 0%, they hide many things which you will come to know after working on floor for months or two. Even if you are right they will plan and make you wrong and kick you out without paying you.

The process movement is not good at all in techmahindra. As movements are causing again ang again and no specific proper work security.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

I work in a customer service department and it's a chat process. In my process, we can do work from home if can't come to the office due to any reason or in any emergency. I will say there is flexibility in my process.

Dislikes

The salary isn't good. They tell you a particular amount, your in-hand salary, but that's not true. The variable amount is included there, and in hand, the salary is less than you were told. Now, you have to meet targets to earn your money. Let's assume you complete your targets, then there will be a test every month; if you fail that, forget the money which they are giving you as an incentive.

Hr's are selfish....one hr named shubam is so selfish that I kept on telling him that I was not satisfied with my salary.... he kept on giving me false hope to increase it... but never did....later had to leave on doj.... hopeless
